Criteria for Children’s Sponsorships:

Children’s Nebraska improves the health of children in our community, with special attention to those from underrepresented populations, by investing in programs and resources that drive Health Equity. Community Benefit programs and services are key to this commitment.  A Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is a data-informed study of factors that threaten health in a community. CHNA’s are completed every three years; the current study was done in 2021. Key findings in a CHNA include a list of priorities for focus in improving health.

Based on the 2021 assessment, Children’s will consider sponsorship applications that focus on our four child health priority areas:

  • Food Security
  • Financial Stability
  • Healthy Housing
  • Pediatric Mental Wellness

You must apply online; we do not accept emailed/mailed requests. This will help ensure your request contains all information necessary for a thorough review and prompt consideration.
